ABOUT ME · BOGDAN CRISTIAN NEAG
Hi, I'm
Bogdan.
I work with people in individual sessions for personal exploration and create music for mindset reprogramming through Heartwave Frequency.
I use different breathing techniques in my work. For me, breathing is the simplest way to set the energy in the body in motion and then allow it to release.
I am very excited about what I do, and I feel I can make a difference in many people's lives.
My journey into healing began alongside Cristina, my wife.
How it all began ↓
01 — HOW I FOUND HEALING
How I found healing
Cristina is my wife, and she was born in 1993. In 2014, when she was 21, doctors found a few lumps in her left breast during a routine check-up. They recommended surgery, so Cristina followed their advice and had part of her left breast removed.
Everything was fine until 2019, when she was 26 and lumps were found again, this time in both breasts. The medical recommendation was a double mastectomy, meaning the removal of both breasts, as well as the removal of her ovaries.
It was difficult for us to accept these procedures, and we began looking into alternative therapies too. It was a difficult time in our lives, when we felt life was testing us. Back then, I believed life was happening to me. Later, I came to feel that life was happening for me.
That diagnosis was the catalyst that led us into the world of alternative therapies, exploring Wingwave, German New Medicine, Recall Healing, Reconnective Healing, Timeline Healing, the Wim Hof Method, Soma Breathing, epigenetics, meditation, and various other therapies and practices.
One of the first and most important courses Cristina and I took together at that time was German New Medicine.
German New Medicine, developed by Ryke Geerd Hamer, is an alternative approach that claims symptoms and illnesses are linked to emotional conflicts and psychological shocks, proposing a connection between the psyche, brain and body.
For Cristina, the concepts of this approach were a starting point for exploring emotional conflicts, past experiences, and the way she understood her own feelings and symptoms.
Around that time, we met Olivia, who used a technique that was new to us called Wing Wave — a method that includes muscle testing — and Cristina began working with her.
In their sessions, they explored past experiences, her relationship with her mother, and things that weighed on her. They continued working together, and after about three months, we were told at a check-up that the lumps had shrunk. After about six months, we were told they were no longer there.
For us, it was a miracle. I believe that working with Olivia contributed to Cristina's recovery. It was a miracle that led us to explore what symptoms, conflicts and emotions mean, and how they influence our well-being.
Cristina continued learning and working on herself. She took the Wing Wave course and later began working with other women. I also learned the technique from her and from Olivia, and today I use it with my clients.
02 — SPIRITUALITY
A touch of the divine
I have long been passionate about meditation and spirituality, because at 21 I experienced what I describe as a touch of the divine. I was at Ocna Sibiului with some friends, playing in the water. If you have ever been in salt water, you know it keeps you on the surface: when you lie on your back, you float.
During a break, everyone lay on their backs to rest, and I did the same. I took a few deep breaths, then felt as though I was being pulled into space, to a place where I floated with only distant stars around me. It felt as if I had been drawn into a magical place.
At that moment, I felt complete peace. I felt what it was like to be truly relaxed. As I floated on the water, it felt as though not a single muscle in my body was tense, and I could relax in the truest sense of the word.
That was where I experienced my first contact with Source, the Divine, or whatever name you give it. It was something that is very difficult to describe in words. I truly wish that more people could feel what I felt, and receive an inner confirmation that there is far more than we believe, or have been taught to believe.
It is as if someone lifts a veil from your eyes and you say, “Whoa, this really exists?” Then you fall into a blissful reverie.
After an experience like that, you begin to see your whole life differently. You start exploring what that place means and how you might return, to connect with your true abilities, your mission, what you are here to do on this earth, your guides, your helpers, and whatever you need.
After that moment, I rediscovered my passion for reading — reading what I actually enjoy. I used to hate reading because I was made to read things I didn't like. On top of that, I had to write summaries and essays about those books. I really didn't enjoy them, but I had to read them because that was how the education system worked.
I discovered that I enjoy learning about my mind and how it works, my body, nutrition, and how our whole energy system works. One book led to another, until I had built a large library.
For me, a large library is one of the best legacies a person can leave behind.
Books have had a huge impact on the way I see life and understand this game that Florence calls “the game of life”. We now live in an age when we can access information that was once available to only a few people.
That is why the saying, “It was my parents' fault that I was born poor, and it is my fault if I die poor,” has meaning for me, especially now that we have access to information. Each of us is responsible for our own awakening, and today that awakening is more accessible than ever.
Since then, I have continued exploring spirituality, the mind, public speaking, everything I associate with the word “healing”, and different techniques for working with our emotions and thoughts.
03 — BREATHWORK
The space between thoughts

Breathing exercises were among the things that had the greatest impact on me. A friend told me about Wim Hof and sent me a link to his breathing exercises. My wife and I lay down on the bed and decided to try the exercise together.
During the third round, I was able to hold my breath for about two and a half minutes. My wife sat up after a minute and a half and watched me, waiting for me to breathe in. My face began to turn purple, and she got scared. Shortly afterwards, I breathed in, and she breathed out in relief that I was okay.
For me, those two and a half minutes felt like another confirmation that the place I had experienced at 21 really existed and had not been a figment of my imagination. I felt an impulse and a calling to explore everything I could about breathing. It was like a checkpoint, showing me that this mattered and that I needed to pay attention.
So I studied the Wim Hof Method, Oxygen Advantage, Soma Breathing, and various other breathing exercises.
Today, I use breathing in the process of releasing and integrating emotions. For me, breathing is what moves energy through the body. This is how I experience the process: I feel emotions as a kind of energy, and through breathing I feel able to release what I sense in my body.
I describe emotions we struggle to process as a charge that remains in the body, especially when something unexpected happens and the intensity feels overwhelming. It is as if, in that moment, there is too much to carry. When I say emotions are “stored in the body”, that is the image I use to explain what I feel.
Later, when we feel safe, we can gently return to what we experienced. For me, working with emotions means giving them attention and allowing ourselves time to understand what we feel.
We may feel unpleasant emotions in our chest or stomach. In my experience, when I breathe consciously without forcing it and give myself space to feel, it is as though that energy begins to move. If I feel pain, I stop; I do not try to push through it by forcing my breathing.
Sometimes, afterwards, I feel that the emotion or memory no longer has the same intensity. I call that releasing stagnant emotions. Breathing is the tool I use most often in this process.
In my experience, breathing exercises are among the tools through which I have reached states of bliss and altered states of consciousness, where I felt connected to that place I experienced at 21.
04 — MY WORK TODAY
Doing what I love
Today, Cristina is well. She has a successful career making a difference in women's lives, helping them become legends and stand out. What once seemed as though it might defeat her has become her secret strength, encouraging others to listen to her story and the truths she discovered on her journey of inner healing.
I am proud to do work similar to hers: she makes a difference in women's lives, while I focus on men. In this way, we hope to help parents become conscious parents for conscious children.
I see working with the past and traumatic experiences as a process of releasing stagnant energy from the body. That is how I describe what I feel: the emotions I have not processed seem to have gathered and built up.
For example, the fear you experience now may also be connected to other times when you felt afraid. For me, it is as if those moments meet in today's reaction. That is where my interest in working with emotions and past experiences comes from.
I love what I do. I am passionate about both my individual sessions and the music I create. I truly feel aligned with my soul's mission in this life. I feel I am doing something that will touch many lives and help me reach my goal of awakening one billion people.
This is my journey into the fascinating world of healing. A career that chose me more than I chose it.
05 — MY VOICE
How I found my voice
About seven years ago, I joined Toastmasters. That was where my world began to change: I learned to speak in public and express my ideas in front of people. It was an important step for me, after years of finding it difficult to say what I wanted to say.

06 — WORKING WITH SPEAKERS
Breathwork and presence at TEDx
I was a facilitator at two TEDx events, where I worked one to one with speakers and practised breathing exercises with them. This brought that part of my work into the world of public speaking too.
